What we will see

The files you choose to upload, and nothing else. Typically that is your remittance advice (835/ERA) and an A/R aging export.

Those files contain claim numbers, dates of service, procedure codes, payers, and amounts. Some of them carry patient names.

If you would rather we never see the names, you can turn on de-identified mode at upload and we remove them while reading the file, before anything is analyzed or written down.
